Anjue Hirachund is a performance-driven professional with more than 26 years of extensive experience in enabling organisational & business growth through strategic and operations management initiatives, while enhancing productivity and maximising revenue flows.
She is an expert at providing inspired leadership company wide and creating high-level decisions about policy, strategy and performance.
Amongst her accolades, as the Head of the Automotive Regulatory Division, Anjue was the first woman representative for South Africa at the United Nations’ World Forum for the Harmonisation of Motor Vehicle Regulations since 2008. Academically she is a Chemical Engineer and holds a MBA degree amongst her other qualifications.
In her current role as a Business Consultant, Anjue is adept at reporting to and consulting for a board of directors and/or multinationals. She has a proven-track record of success in developing and implementing company/business strategy and implementation of the relevant shareholders compact. She has the ability to act as primary spokesperson for the company and is skilled in driving the company’s culture and overall company vision, as well as creating an environment to promote great performance and positive morale.
In addition to her current work, Anjue is an Executive Coach for women in corporate operating on an international platform. She is passionate about sharing knowledge and information with the intention to assist individuals and corporations to move beyond their challenges to achieve the success that they desire. As an international speaker, she is currently the visionary behind the “Leave your Legacy Revolution” whose mission is to empower individuals to become empowered, to leave their legacy!
As a budding author, she is working on having her first book published in early 2022.

Seymour M. Lipset dubbed economic development a “social requisite to democracy,” considering factors such as national wealth, a large degree of industrialization, and high levels of education to be necessary fertilizers to prepare a breeding ground for democracy.
Khuliso intends to contribute immensely to the realisation and achievement of the Tshwane Strategic Development objectives as part of the diverse team of the TEDA Board.
Kennedy is an Alumni of the University of Cape Town, University of the Western Cape and, the University of Pittsburgh (USA) where he holds the following qualifications: Bachelor of Social Science and Humanities, Honours in Public Administration and Human Resources and , Master in Public and International Affairs (MPIA) Economics and Social Development specialization.
He holds Certificates in 1. Foundation for Executive Coaching, 2. Operations Management, from the University of Cape Town. He has also done a Six Sigma, Green Belt Certificate programme with Villanova University, USA. The experience in Academia is traceable to the following institutions in the Republic of South Africa and the United States of America: University of Venda; University of the Limpopo (Former North); Rennes1 University, France; Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, USA; Wits Business School; Wits School of Government and; Wits Enterprise.
Khuliso served as an Individual Independent Contractor (IIC) for the National School of Government, former Palama for more than 10 years. He is the former President of SAAPAM (South African Association of Public Administration and Management. He served as a Council Member and Chairperson of Human Resources Committee of the University of Venda. He also served as a Member and Chairperson of Human Resources Committee of the CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board.
He is the CEO of Vari Holdings (Pty)Ltd and is a Corporate Business Consultant in Leadership Development, Strategy Development & Facilitation, Programme and Project Management, Organisational Design, Business Process Reengineering, Impact studies, Human Resource Management, Change Management, Conflict and Diversity Management. He is a registered Skills Development Facilitator.

Jan Mocke is a qualified electronic engineer (University of Pretoria), who has completed a Masters in Business Leadership at Unisa. After working as consulting engineer, he joined the IDC for a number of years. He later spent many years in senior management positions in agricultural organisations, including Sapekoe Estates and Mount Carmel Farms.
He was also COO at the Joburg Market for seven years, after which he served on the Joburg Market Board for two terms. He also served as Board Chairman at the Joburg Market. He now works as an independent consultant on the development of fresh produce markets and agriculture projects.
He is playing an instrumental role in the design and construction of the new Mpumalanga International Fresh Produce Market, introducing various industry leading features.

Zane is a qualified Chartered Accountant, an MBA graduate and possesses over 16 years of business experience. He has worked in various industries spanning from logistics, telecommunications and passenger transportation in both the public and private sectors. The experience gained also includes regional exposure with different functional currencies.
His expertise include amongst others, strategic planning and execution, finance leadership, budgeting and forecasting, public sector regulatory compliance, financial reporting and treasury functions. He previously worked as a CFO in various organisations overseeing budgets ranging from R 200 million to R800 million per annum. Some of his key success areas as a CFO include, business and process re-engineering, enhanced and improved compliance, financial performance indicators improvement and implementation of quality improvement work streams.

Jobe Mkhonto is a registered Professional Construction Project Manager (PrCPM) with the South African Council for the Construction and Project Management Professions (SACPCMP), a Professional Member with the Project Management South Africa (PM PMSA) and an Associate Member with the Association of Arbitrators Southern Africa (“A A Arb”).
Jobe have more than 13 years of work experience in the built environment field. His qualifications include an MBA, a Master’s in Construction Management, B-Tech and National Diploma in Building, coupled with various other short courses in Business Report Writing, Public Private Partnership (PPP), Advanced MS Projects and Earned Value Management, Mentoring and Coaching, Service Design Course, Advanced Course in Construction Contracts, Managing Engineering and Construction Contracts, etc. He has extensive knowledge of the built environment legislations such as NBR and standards, engineering profession act & PROCSA, CIDB regulations, PFMA & MFMA, DORA, OHS Act and NEMA, construction contracts (JBCC, GCC, NEC and FIDIC), etc.
Over the years, Jobe have developed various skills and attributes such as, research and analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making skills, team leadership and motivational skills, service design and co-creation, risk management skills, financial and time management skills, change management, communication and stakeholder management.
Jobe Mkhonto is capable of crafting organizational strategies, analyse both internal and external environment, establishing systems, best practice processes, procedures, and tools, allocate resources, implement strategies and achieve the end goals.
