Armscor Development Projects
Armscor’s Turnaround strategy is about transforming Armscor into an organisation that can financially sustain itself. It is aimed at unlocking South Africa’s defence-related growth potential and thereby creating new sustainable pathways for Armscor and develop new revenue streams, enhance its core functions to drive greater efficiency and strengthen partnerships. Armscor owns a number of property assets and has the mandate to sweat these assets. Three properties in Tshwane have been put out to the tender process for development proposals namely; GEROTEK: Portion 171 of the farm Elandsfontein 352 JR.; Erasmuskloof: Sports Grounds – Erf 610; and Erasmuskloof: Vacant Land – Erf 684 Extension 4. These properties have been prioritised for within City of Tshwane for development and investment opportunities.

The project is in development planning stage with prospective bidders shortlisted for appointment.
