Naledi Kgatla is a qualified Industrial Psychologist with 14 years’ experience in Human Capital fraternity.Naledi started her career at Vodacom in the role of Human Resource Consultant: Strategic Interventions, where she executed Psychometric evaluation and talent development for Vodacom SA and Tanzania. She then assumed the role of Programme Manager for Graduate Programmes and succession development programmes. Her career in the private sector continued at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she took an advisory role within the Human Capital & Labour Relations business unit.
She later progressed to Absa bank where she provided human capital leadership as the Regional Human Resources Manager. Her organisational development experience contributed to the success of improving Absa personal loans skill set to branches in Limpopo and Mpumalanga regions. She later joined SARS as a Regional HR Manager for Contact Centres and contributed to the enhancement of talent development platforms and career pathing before joining TEDA.
Naledi is a qualified Industrial Psychologist and holds B. A Public & Private Sector (North-West University) Bachelor in Industrial Psychology Honours (North-West University) and currently finalising MBA thesis at Monash University.
